for guidance on a biblical,  healthy spiritual walk along with exercise and eating for beginners, experienced or advanced persons to be a part of.
They truly ministers to all levels. 
More information: This ministry has wonderful sit in the chair or wheel chair exercises, light impact exercises, christian yoga, directions and an online-store for inexpensive equipment (you can do the videos without the equipment also!) ,
all the way up to full advanced exercising. 
They will get you genuinely started no matter what level you are at.  
​the only reason that i am suggesting this christian BUSINESS is because so many of us need to make HEALTHY, prayerful changes and I want this part of our lives to be addressed in some way. I am not trained in this type of exercise and food mentoring professionally and i have personally found this christian BUSINESS to be a blessing in my life. I never ENDORSE products or BUSINESSES but rather refer to them for you to make a prayerful decision.  there is no incentive or referral bonus of any type at all other than the blessing of standing in agreement with our healthy goals and suggesting a christian BUSINESS i came across.   there is hope in jesus christ ministries prayer is that this  or another similar type of exercise guidance will be a referral that will help you and guide you in your walk with the lord with "faith, Fitness and Food"
